Important information for all sports:

  •     Registration on Final Forms is mandatory.  This includes providing a physical that is valid through the last day of the season.  Physicals can be uploaded into Final Forms, or emailed to Yonni Mills (ymills@nsd.org)  or Christy Tran (ctran@nsd.org).
  •    Once registered, coaches will be able to communicate via Final Forms about any conditioning plans.
  •    Access the athletic website for information and coach contacts. https://bothell.nsd.org/athletics
  •   Fall sports – first day of practice 8/22; football first day 8/17
    When registering on Final Forms please go to 2022-2023 and sign up for the summer "sport" conditioning and the fall or winter sport you are interested in, any questions please reach out to Christy Tran (ctran@nsd.org)

May 31 - June 2: 3:45 - 6:45pm (no pads)
June 4 - June 6-9: 3:45 - 6:45 (full pads)
June 10: Spring Fling @ Pop Keeney 6:00-8:00
June 13 - 14: 3:45 - 6:45 (no pads)

Summer Weight Training:
June 23 - August 12
Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri
8:00-10:00

  • Times will change once school is in session

Basketball:  Boys:
Practice: 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm, Dates vary, check with the coach

Basketball:  Girls:
June 1, 2, 6, 8, 13, 14, 27, 29 from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Cross Country practices :
June 20th  through July 29th
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Weight room Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am - Noon

Volleyball:
Open gyms
May 31-June 16 Monday - Thursday from 3:45-5:30

Tennis:
June 7th - July 30th 3:30-5:00 BHS Tennis courts

Wrestling:
Open mat dates for wrestlers 
Every Friday in June and July 6-8pm Aerobics room
