Senior Portraits and Senior Ads are due Friday, November 17th @ 5pm.
Below are instructions on submitting your Senior Portraits and Ads when you are ready to do so. We will be using Yearbook Snap, which is owned by Walsworth Yearbooks (our current publisher) for submission and purchases.

How Do I Submit My Senior Portrait?

Option #1: Submit to the Yearbook Snap Website
1.Visit and search for "Bothell High School".
     2. Enter the code: "bothell" (case sensitive) & select your image file **not from social media or thumbnails.
     3. Check 'this is a portrait' box and enter your senior's information.
     4. Enter your information at the bottom, then submit. You should receive email confirmation.

Option #2: Submit to the Yearbook Snap App
     1. Download Yearbook SNAP! on Google Play/Apple Store.
     2. Search for "Bothell High School" & enter "bothell" (case sensitive).
     3. Select 'Portraits'.
     4. Enter the name and grade of student.
     5. Enter your info and submit. You should receive email confirmation.

Portrait Reminders: We're looking for a simple, classic headshot image of your student, with no props. The best photos are those with neutral, simple backgrounds with space above the head and shoulders for ample cropping. Ideal images are those taken in a vertical manner with no other people or props in the photo. The higher the resolution, the better. I would recommend at least 300 DPI.

Please be sure your portrait meets all school policies and dress code guidelines for inclusion in the book. Please expect your portrait to be slightly cropped for formatting in the Yearbook. By following the guidelines above, you will reduce your risk of being overcropped. If your portrait needs to be resubmitted, the Yearbook Staff will inform you to either resubmit or submit a higher quality portrait.

How Do I Submit My Senior Ad?

Here are screenshot instructions of purchasing and building your ad. We have 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and full page size options for your senior. Please be sure to include your Senior's full name somewhere in the ad. All photos and contents of the written message must be school appropriate (no weapons, drug paraphernalia, etc.) and follow school dress code. If there are issues with your ad, you will be contacted and asked to revise by the Yearbook Staff. Please be sure to reach out to if you have any trouble uploading/purchasing.

Class of 2024 Diploma Name Request - Due Friday, January 5th

Hi Seniors! It's time to let us know how you would like your name printed on both your diploma and the commencement program (yes, they can be different). For example, you may want to use your full name (first, middle, and last) for your diploma, but a preferred first name and last name for the commencement program. Or you may want them to be the same, it's totally up to you!

Please note, we will use the name listed for your commencement program as the name that will be called when you walk across the stage at graduation.

This form should be completed by students as you will need to be signed in with your NSD credentials to access the form.

** Name submissions are due by Friday, January 5th **

If you have any questions, please reach out to Nicole Brenengen at
