College Visits
One of the more important opportunities available every fall are the College Admissions Representative visits. College Admissions Reps from campuses across the state and country are scheduled to visit Bothell HS for college visits to meet with interested students in grades 9-12. We have a huge list of visitors already on the schedule and they are very excited to meet with you. This is one of the few opportunities available to meet the person who may be reading your college application, ask questions about the particular campus and gather helpful information to use during your college research and the admission/application process.
This year we are starting with a new program called SchooLinks. Students can find this through Clever and will use it to sign up to attend these sessions.
How do I sign up to attend a college visit?
Here are the instructions for accessing your account and how to sign-up for the College Visit sessions:
SchooLinks is part of the Clever Portal. Please log in to your Clever account, you will see the new SchooLinks icon/button under Northshore Tools. When you click on the SchooLinks icon/button you will go directly into your SchooLinks account.

Once you are signed in to SchooLinks:
-
On your home page it will have your To Do List up. Click on the tab on the top, right next to where is says To Do List that says Events.
-
Look through your Unregistered events to find a college visit you would like to attend.
-
Click on the college you would like to attend and a banner should pop up on the right side of your screen.
-
Click the blue "Register for this event" button.
-
When it is time for you to attend the college visit, please show your registration status through SchooLinks to your teacher as you pass to the Counseling Center.
-
Then write down the visit on your planner or personal calendar. On the date and time of the visit, come down to the counseling office and meet the representative. You are welcome to stay for a portion of the visit or the entire visit before heading back to class.
Please continue checking the visit section as new college visits are added throughout the fall.
