Requesting SSD Accommodations

Step #1
Complete and return the Consent for SSD Accommodations to Danielle Yamada at dyamada@nsd.org or by dropping off the completed document in the Counseling Center.

Step #2
Request College Board accommodations.

Parents and students will be notified via email when the accommodations request has been submitted. Depending on the specific requests it can take 1-7 weeks for a response from the College Board. The College Board will communicate directly with families about the outcome of the accommodations request.
