Satellite Course Application Process (Northshore School District Courses Only)
- Complete the PROGRAM INTEREST FORM
Students may ONLY apply to ONE Satellite program and therefore should only submit ONE Program Interest Form. Students who complete the Program Interest Form will receive a Satellite Application via email. Watch for the application in your NSD student email account. If any information is entered incorrectly, the approval process will be delayed.
2. Complete the SATELLITE APPLICATION
Once a student completes the student section of the application, it will automatically be sent via email to their parent for approval. Following the parent e-signature, the application will automatically be sent via email to Mr. Dawson, the Career Counselor at Bothell High School, for review. SATELLITE APPLICATION DUE DATE: March 31, 2026.
Please complete the Program Interest Form several days prior to the March 31st application deadline to allow enough time to receive, complete and submit the SATELLITE APPLICATION.
When requesting your BHS courses for next year in StudentVUE, please choose a full schedule of courses that DOES NOT include Satellite courses (just in case you don’t get accepted into the Satellite course). If you apply for and are accepted into the Satellite course, we will contact you to see which other courses you’d like to drop.
There is a lottery process for admission. You will be notified late in the Spring, via email, if you are accepted into the Satellite Program.
