SOCCER:
Bothell Girls Varsity beat Skyline for the first time in BOSO History (will have to check the record books for that) with a final score of 2-1.
This lifts the girls to 4-0 in the KingCo conference.
Last night the Girls JV Soccer hosted Skyline HS and had a difficult loss of 2-5. They team battled back and had several goal scoring opportunities and scored the 2 goals in the last 25 minutes of the game. The team is excited for their next game as they travel to Inglemoor HS this Thursday, 10/02/25.
Bothell Boys Varsity tennis battled the Jags of North Creek in round two of the battle of the "Big Cats" yesterday in a rain filled match. Traditionally North Creek is a very strong team, and this day was no exception. Even with our #1 player on the injury list our boys battled and played with great effort. On this day North Creek was better.
Some outstanding play was put in by Freshman Andrew Lv. He stepped up to play #1 singles and played a great first set winning 6-4, then he struggled in the second set losing 0-6. In the third set super tie-breaker he lost 2-10. What he gained was match experience.
In #2 singles Mack McCaustland moved up and played a great match. Mack has the best footwork on the team. He is competitive in most of his matches. After the he lost the first set 3-6, he battled back to a 4-4 tie before the rains came.
