SOCCER:
Bothell girls JV soccer hosted Snohomish HS last night with a resounding 6-0 victory. Gianna Chevalier opened up the scoring and slotted home an early goal. The team continued to press and created several chances when Bromley Eugster finished a nice goal to put the Coug's up 2-0. Lilly Hutton did not waist time and shortly after scored another making it 3-0. Just before half Kealia Webster hit a long range shot from 30 yards out to make it 4-0.
Possession was the focus in the second half as Bothell kept the ball and worked it around the field. Marina Barnes could not be contained and broke free on two occasions to finish with two more goals to round out the scoring 6-0 and leading the team in goals with 7 in just 3 games.
Goalies, Olivia Grant and Charlotte Odegaard recorded their second shutout in 3 games.
